Job Summary:

Subaru Bangladesh Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance/Accounting Manager with a strong background in FMCG, Import, and Distribution. The ideal candidate will lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all finance and accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and statutory compliance.

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh tax laws, VAT, and other regulatory requirements.

• Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and manage treasury operations.

• Implement financial controls, SOPs, and ERP best practices to improve efficiency.

• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure accurate reporting.

• Provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization and profitability improvement.

• Support strategic decision-making with financial modeling and analysis.
  
  
  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s in accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA Must).

  • 10–12 years of experience in finance/accounting roles within FMCG companies, particularly with import and distribution operations.

  • Proven experience managing and leading end-to-end financial operations.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar).

  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, tax, VAT, and compliance in Bangladesh.

  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make strategic financial decisions.
