Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
∎ Oversee staff attendance, leave, recruitment coordination, and HR documentation
∎ Coordinate communication with doctors, shareholders, patients, and partners
∎ Handle accounting data entry, expense tracking, and coordination with external auditors
∎ Assist in branding, campaign management, and corporate outreach
∎ Support office logistics, documentation, and meeting schedules
∎ Build and maintain relationships with investors, doctors, and potential shareholders
