Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Environmental Science or Chemical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate Strategy, Build Action Plan, and Implement and evaluate the result
∎ To ensure that all environmental issues including Factory Lay-Out, availability of all facilities designated properly and keep it always in compliance.
∎ Responsible for managing overall Operations, Risks & Compliance of the company
∎ Formulate different Risk Management strategies based on market condition
∎ Business Process Management & Improvement to bring Operational efficiency
∎ Supervising and maintaining third-party/stakeholders relationship
∎ Continuously monitor and appraise service standards and maintain zero tolerance on service issues.
∎ To check compliance with procedures & instructions for all activities of the plant, QA Lab, and take appropriate measures to ensure compliance.
∎ Preparing and maintaining statutory compliance reports for monitoring all business licenses with the regulatory authorities and submitting them to the management and Board of Directors periodically.
∎ Conducted internal due diligence of land, intellectual and other properties of the Company and initiated the process of mitigating risks of the Company.
∎ Arranged counterfeiting operations with the help of the law enforcement agencies and took appropriate actions according to the provision of laws.
∎ To take instant corrective action in auditors certain minor findings/ discrepancies during the audit.
∎ To take responsibility for all activities of social compliance audit in an industrial environment.
