Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of machinery while maintaining consistent quality output.
∎ Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance as per standard practices.
∎ Develop and follow a systematic maintenance schedule for all machines and equipment.
∎ Plan and manage spare parts inventory by raising timely requisitions and coordinating procurement.
∎ Maintain required quality standards and ensure equipment compatibility.
∎ Provide technical support for production processes from initiation to completion.
∎ Troubleshoot and maintain all PLC-controlled machinery to ensure optimal performance.
∎ Collaborate with local and international suppliers to address technical requirements and procure critical components.
∎ Demonstrate familiarity with the operation and maintenance of direct and indirect burners.
∎ Ensure compliance with fire safety, and electrical standards.
∎ Oversee and maintain utilities including generators, chillers, and air-conditioning systems.
∎ Monitor departmental requirements, prepare budgets, analyze gaps, and manage safety inventory accordingly.
∎ Coordinate closely with the production team to support efficient and effective production operations.
∎ Possess working knowledge of Vacuum Salt systems and PLC operations.
