Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ The Electrical Manager will supervise all areas of the electrical section including overseeing employee scheduling and performance and day-to-day tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Electrical & Electronic troubleshooting for all machines.
∎ Plan periodical maintenance, preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance. Execute and reward.
∎ Ensure proper functioning of all major electrical equipment including the Generator system.
∎ Liaison and coordinate with the production department to support uninterrupted production.
∎ Ensure workable reserve for all items necessary for maintenance and operation.
∎ Capability to electrical design according to the mechanical structure.
∎ Good knowledge of troubleshooting automatic control systems (e.g. PLC, HMI, inverter, servo drive and different electrical & electronic parts).
∎ Should have PLC system programming skills with troubleshooting of PLC System for any ceramic product manufacturing machineries.
∎ Responsible for the end-to-end process of the dept i.e. Installations, Commissioning, Erection & Maintenance.
∎ Ensure the safety of the people related to the section.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
∎ Oversees the day-to-day workflow and assignments of service staff.
∎ Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
∎ Handles discipline and proposes for termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The Candidate must have practical working experience in any Ceramics Tiles manufacturing company.
∎ 10 -15 years experience
∎ Excellent managerial and leadership skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to prepare operating reports and records.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Excel.
