Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and Estimate the Automation and Drives system according to project plan.
∎ Recording, Analyzing and interpreting the tested data.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Modifying and improvement as per our project requirement.
∎ Estimate electrical materials like Magnetic Contactors, Circuit Breakers, OLR, Cable etc. as per our requirement Installing, Operating and maintaining different type of electrical and instrument devises and equipment such as AC, DC Drives and Motors, Soft Starters, VFD, PLC, HMI, different type of control valves, sensors, cylinders, transmitters, electronics devices etc.
∎ Troubleshooting and solving different kind of electrical and instrument problems in plant.
∎ Worked on detailed engineering, studies, plant break down and system definition. P&ID review, preparation of commissioning and maintenance personnel and immediate safe and effective production.
∎ Developed and implemented site energy management programs.
∎ Maintain the DCS system with MCC and instrumentation.
∎ Should maintain the process all type of electrical and instrument equipment.
∎ Others tasks as per supervisor’s instruction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a minimum of 03 year's experience in a similar post.
∎ Experience in Chemical / Fertilizer factory will be given preference.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ At least 07 year`s job Experience in relevant field will be given preference.
Must have a minimum of 05 year`s experience in a similar post.
Experience in Chemical / Fertilizer factory will be given preference.
