∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bridge and Road Construction Monitoring, Civil Construction, Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study contract document
∎ Verify and assessment of budgeted requirement for Material & Equipment to complete the project
∎ Study on report forwarded from project (Monthly Progress Report, Interim Payment Certificate, Material Statement, Equipment & Fuel Statement and Mix design)
∎ Prepare of comparative statement for materials, fuel & equipment with respect to project report
∎ Prepare material requirement as on progress status reported from site
∎ Prepare comparative statement theoretical requirement vs actual consumption.
∎ Highlight the overall consumption & coordinate with project manager to know the reason of extra requirements considering on mix design or appreciation if savings of materials by technically to achieve the specified requirement
∎ Monitoring on progress vs payment (IPC) received
∎ Find out the critical items to expedited the progress
∎ Conciliation of materials consumption vs procurement
∎ Conduct financial evaluation as on progress of the project
∎ Conduct physical inspection to the project for stock inventory
∎ Prepare summary report for top management.
∎ Other duties as required and instructed by the reporting officer
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
