Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Diploma in Power/Automobile/Mechanical if highly experienced.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Auto Mobile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Pharmaceuticals, Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To look after proper maintenance work of all types of vehicles including light and heavy vehicle (Pay loader, Excavator, Fork-lift, Crane, Closed Trucks, Open Trucks, Covered Van, Delivery Van and others) and report accordingly.
∎ To look after all repairing works including wide experience in trouble shooting & on overhauling of all vehicles.
∎ Prepare data base for each vehicle.
∎ Maintain workshop properly.
∎ Prepare periodical maintenance budget of repairing and maintenance works.
∎ Implement effective cost control system on vehicles maintenance.
∎ Implement proper system to reduce vehicle repairing and maintenance cost.
∎ To assign technician to the appropriate job.
∎ To prepare daily repair and maintenance work report.
∎ Evaluation of quotations of manifold vendors as per requirements in case of procurement of spare parts.
∎ Ensure quality and quantity of newly procured spare parts.
∎ Diagnosis the fault of the vehicle as it is reported the workshop.
∎ To prepare job card for repair and maintenance work of any specific vehicle.
∎ To check the user manual of vehicles and ensure periodical maintenance as per schedule.
∎ Make liaison with central transport office, sales and distribution department and report according in time.
∎ To check KPL and fuel consumption properly.
∎ To receive required spare parts from store through proper requisition and return scrap spare parts to the store.
∎ To communicate with local vendors and service providers.
∎ Others tasks as assigned by supervisor.

∎ Minimum 8 years practical experience in automobile section
