Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Automobile Engineering with relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Candidates who don't have Automobile Engineering degree but have Master degree with commendable work experience in transport/ vehicle operation in large organization can also apply.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Group Of Company, Transport Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and manage the operation of Commercial Vehicle of the Plant/ Factory.
∎ Develop and implement standard operational standards (SOP) to maintain vehicle.
∎ Forecast the vehicle requirement and ensure all resources are available including driver.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of the fleet by supporting distribution of the goods in different location.
∎ Oversee routine and ad hoc maintenance, ensure quality repair & maintenance.
∎ Prepare and implement the route plan, trip sheet and checking daily mileage & log books for company vehicles.
∎ Hire Drivers, train them about road safety & security, change of concerned laws/Traffic rules etc. time to time.
∎ Ensure the VTS usage, monitor vehicle movement and maintain the KPL of every vehicle to ensure cost-effective operation.
∎ Monitor and report on transportation costs regular basis.
∎ Deal with accident or incident and take appropriate action to resolve smoothly.
∎ Stay up-to-date with safety regulations
∎ Maintain close liaison with BRTA, Traffic and other Govt/Semi-Govt authorities.
∎ Perform vehicle registration (including licensing renewal of existing fleets), insurance and Govt. formalities and documentation regarding induction of new vehicles in existing fleet.
∎ Keep records and maintain documentation, analyze the data and submit reports time to time.
∎ Any other project/jobs assigned by the supervisor related to commercial vehicle operation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have minimum 5 years' experience in fleet vehicle operation.
∎ Should be a capable person to manage the transport fleet of the company efficiently with minimum supervision.
∎ Having managerial, organizational, problem solving, decision-making, strategic planning, and other related business skills is crucial.
∎ Must possess strong interpersonal and public relations skills for communicating details about events properly.
