Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Public or Private Universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for periodic and schedule maintenance of all machines and equipment of the factory.
∎ To ensure preventing maintenance of machinery and equipment from damage and obsolescence.
∎ Responsible to ensure Optimum production and Minimum Breakdown through monthly reporting.
∎ Ensure zero down time through preventive maintenance and relevant reporting.
∎ Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery installation of the factory.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance. Including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Engineering.
∎ Experience on repairing, servicing and preventive maintenance of entire Machineries.
∎ In depth knowledge RIETER, TRUETZSCHLER, LMW, MURATA, TOYOTA, SAVIO and China machineries.
∎ In depth knowledge on overall Maintenance related issues of Factory.
∎ Candidate should be dynamic, hardworking, innovative & self-motivated.
∎ Effective communication skills & Strong negotiation skills.
