Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Land Documentation, Land Survey
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Land procurement and related affairs of company. Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, Far Calculation, calculation of land properties, registration rules, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc regarding land procurement for large and small Projects.
∎ Highly self Capable on Land Development for Joint Venture.
∎ Acquainted with land in all prime locations in Dhaka city.
∎ Capable of doing feasibility study regarding procurement of land.
∎ Convincing capacity of handling with the Land owners.
∎ The Applicants must have experience in land survey & land related documentation i.e. Khatian, mutation etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
