Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from any reputed public/private University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall supervision and lead all maintenance of equipment, process and operations within MJLBL Projects.
∎ Prepare standard operating procedure for maintaining all machinery and implement the SOP in a timely manner
∎ Coordinate and supervise the operation & maintenance of all machinery including HVAC Plants (Chillers, Pumps, FCU's, Energy Recovery Wheel, Ventilation Fan's etc.), Generators, Sub-Station, Fire Protection systems, Fire Detection Systems, Integrated Building Management System, Lifts, Water Treatment Plant, Sewerage Treatment Plants, and Electrical Distribution System etc.
∎ Develop detail project plan, charters and milestones. Monitor the progress of the implementation and escalate to management if any intervention is needed
∎ The candidate must have experience on electromechanical design study, review and checking technical specification provided by MEP consultants.
∎ The candidate must have experience of project feasibility checking, preliminary load calculation and cost estimation
∎ Generation of monthly maintenance break down report and expenditure analysis. Define, Coordinate, Generate electrical product specifications and engineering test reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: At least 08-10 years' practical experience in relevant area
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Electrical and Electronic Engineering,
∎ Electromechanical design, Maintenance of high rise commercial building
∎ Supervision of MEP works, Selection best product and best service
∎ Target oriented engineering Task.
∎ Must have excellent presentation & communication skills
