Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check order receive status daily basis.
∎ Report to Factory Operation GM.
∎ Issue PI, Sending PI within flexible time to customer as per PO.
∎ Follow up for payment receive from customer end & afterwards proceed for bulk production.
∎ Provide product information, pricing, lead-time and availability information for all kind of products over mail & phone.
∎ Follow up with production team for making goods ready on time.Follow up the product sample of customer & ensure it to sales teamrts marketing and sales initiatives.
∎ Follow up with Supply Chain department for smooth material issue.
∎ Reports marketing and sales initiatives.
∎ Follow up with Supply Chain department for smooth material issue.
∎ Build and maintain strong internal relationships with customers.
∎ Maintains records and reports in an organized manner.
∎ Monitoring Customer Service Executives and evaluating their responses and handling of customer satisfaction goals.
∎ Give proper guidance to Customer Service team.
∎ Any Other task given by management.
