Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Commerce
∎ A BBA\University degree is required. Good knowledge on Letter of credit opening and dealing with bank. Excellent communications skills in English and the ability to work well with people is essential. Good leadership skills and business understanding are beneficial.

∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
∎ Leading Commercial department to facilitate all imported goods and machinery and develop and update policies, procedures and forms. Assists and supports department managers and employees regarding commercial issues. Maintains import related records.
∎ ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Leading the Commercial department with the guidance of CFO.
∎ Facililate import of industrial machineries, spare parts, media and offset printing raw materials, furniture raw materials, etc.
∎ Communication and development of business with foreign suppliers for all issue to support organization and adapted with changing the market conditions, new business opportunities, and cost reduction strategies with consultation with the CFO and CEO.
∎ Communicate with factory for the stock monitoring, import planning and ensure product availability on time.
∎ Proposing and negotiating for Sales Contract, purchase prices, agreement renewal and negotiating with the supplier and beneficiary to bring the best profit for the company and accordingly recommend final costing for goods with consultation with CFO.
∎ Monitor all LC related works
∎ Liaison with the port authority, customs and VAT department to reduce assessment value and reduce import duty.
∎ Transaction of foreign payments with consultaion with Finance
∎ Making draft of all negotiation documents, like Bill of Lading, Detailed packing list, bill of exchange, various letter for declaration, Country of origin, etc.
∎ Proposing freight forwarder after consultation with CFO.
∎ Schedule of Payment (incl. payment terms, bank negotiation etc) and Simulation of Inventory Level in collaboration with the all business divisions and Finance.
∎ Regular visiting the bank, monitoring the bank funds, bank liability management and import plan for financial and sales target management and update Finance.
∎ Dealing with the C&F Agent, transporters, freight forwarder, remitting agent
∎ Proposing for new suppliers and products to the CFO
∎ ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
∎ Reports directly to the CFO and Head of Human Resources. Coordinates activities and assists all department managers and employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 60 years

Salary: Negotiable
