Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Graduate in any discipline from any reputed public / private university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customs Auditing and related issues with customs Bond., Export/ Import through L/C
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead commercial team who looks after import and export business functions for the group.
∎ Opening LC for exporter/supplier and complete all commercial documentation related to import.
∎ Involve with import formalities & goods release from port and arrival of the consignment to the factory.
∎ Follow up of various certificates, licenses, insurance coverage & other documents related to export.
∎ Two Bond License operating (Yearly Renewal, machinery addition, yearly allocation, expansion, Bond Stock) follow up etc.
∎ Yearly renewal of all licenses of our companies and indemnity Bond releasing from port against imported machinery. To obtaining approval/any License if required in favor of our Organization.
∎ Update shipment schedule for all raw material to be imported & finish goods to be exported.
∎ Act to all the affairs related to the Customs Bond, VAT, BOI, RJSC, Bangladesh Bank and other necessary Gov. Bodies.
∎ Monitoring company legal issues & Supervise different govt. office for registration & renewal purpose.
∎ Acquiring and maintaining the permissions of the expatriate employees of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good knowledge in Industry Policy, Import Policy & Export Policy.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in export, international business, Trading, Custom clearing & forwarding, negotiate with authority and finalize, Customs/Bank/Export /LC/Freight Forwarding/ C&F/ Supply Chain etc of Commercial Department of the Group.
∎ Being able to lead team.
∎ Fluent in English in both written & verbal.
