∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct end to end export operation in such a manner that all shipments are processed on time without interruption to business.
∎ Continuous improvement in stakeholders’ relationship to improve export operation i.e., including export LC, sales contract processing, service providers like CNF agents, Bank, buying house, shipping agents, Bangladesh Bank etc.
∎ Furnish necessary reports and documents Keeping for any regulatory purpose or management decision.
∎ Making all export and import documents which required for all kind of cash incentive purpose and also ready Export Import Statement for yearly customs audit.
∎ Coordinate the UD Team Prepare Utilization Declaration from respective authorities which are required to Export goods and monitor and follow up the taking of necessary approval from BKMEA, BGMEA for UD/Export order for the utilization of raw materials like yarn, accessories, dyes & chemical, woven fabrics etc.
∎ Keeping all regulatory documents i.e. Import N Export Statement / certificates/permits etc. updated from Government and non-Government office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hands on experience of Export & Import processes including L/C operation.
∎ Knowledge on VAT, Licensing, Incentives.
