Responsibilities & Context
Fashion Step Group continues to strengthen and expand its manufacturing and infrastructure footprint, we are looking for a highly experienced, execution-focused, and technically strong Manager (Civil & Structural) to lead and control on-ground project execution across all factory locations.
This is a critical role for professionals with proven hands-on expertise in site execution, contractor management, and real-time project delivery within large-scale RMG operations.
𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰
The Manager (Civil & Structural) will take full ownership of site execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and in full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
This role focuses on execution control, site coordination, quality assurance, and contractor performance management across multiple running projects.
𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Lead and control end-to-end site execution of civil & structural works across all projects
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, execution plans, and construction schedules
- Supervise day-to-day site activities including foundation, structure, finishing & infrastructure works
- Ensure execution quality through inspection of concrete, steel, shuttering, and finishing works
- Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and compliance with approved drawings and BOQs
- Identify execution risks, delays, and bottlenecks and take immediate corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with RSC, BNBC, and all safety & statutory requirements at site
- Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless execution
- Verify work progress and certify contractor bills based on actual site status
- Ensure implementation of site safety practices (scaffolding, excavation, lifting, work-at-height, PPE)
- Resolve real-time site challenges and ensure uninterrupted workflow
- Maintain execution reports, site updates, and progress tracking dashboards for management
- Support handover, snag correction, and final project close-out activities
