Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Manager- Civil Engineering" for the Argon Denims Ltd. located at Beraiderchala, Gilaberaid, Sreepur, Gazipur. The person will be responsible for textiles division. the incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
∎ Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and execution.
∎ Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure adherence to these plans.
∎ Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
∎ Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
∎ Prepare and review technical reports, project documentation, and construction drawings.
∎ Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
∎ Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
∎ Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
∎ Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, to senior management.
∎ Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support staffs.
