∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Having in-depth knowledge and understanding of architectural & engineering design drawing.
∎ Must have requisite experience in project supervision with quality control.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be knowledge regarding both high rise building structural & finishing stage of project.
∎ Must be Efficiency in completing the projects with in the given time frame.
∎ Overseeing all the details of the Project from beginning to end till its handover.
∎ Responsible for total project planning projects implementation reducing the cost & wastages.
∎ Must be Ensure timely completion of the construction work of the project for timely handover.
∎ Must be Check bill and quantities of every item of work according to the original.
∎ Ensures all the safety codes and security of all workers, materials, and equipment.
∎ Oversee all utilities bill because of excessive uses of water, electricity and others.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
∎ To supervise & execute construction of building projects including shore pile, Basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per approved drawing.
