Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree or MBA from any reputed University, (Preferably in Marketing / Agriculture Business).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimum 10 (Ten) years of experience in purchasing and marketing of Commodity / supply of animal feed & raw materials sourcing from Local & International Markets to feed mills i.e. Maize, Soybean, Rice etc., proteins i.e. Soya Cake, fish meal etc. & others under AGRO Industry.
∎ Must have previous experience of operating similar trade, of local sourcing & international source for supplying to feed mills & relevant organizations.
∎ He will be fully liable for the smooth operation of the business with feed mills, and also project and ensure profit of the organization, as per his business plan & projection, which he will be responsible for, ensuring the quarterly & annual profit.
∎ Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals, Business Plan, Target Achieve, monitor and organize the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
∎ Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
∎ Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation, review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
∎ Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Develop new clients (small and large corporate clients) and serve current clients by field visit and AGRO product marketing for expansion of business.
∎ Collect information from different sources, Promote, cooperate & liaison with different feed mill for ensuring to sell product to customer and operate different promotional activities in field and also maintain and update customer databases for future business.
∎ Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines.
∎ Must work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and experience in the field job.
∎ The position needs excellent leadership skills, Prompt Business Plan, Decision maker, capacity to work independently and must be smart with pleasant personality, convincing / interpersonal communication skills, ability to learn quickly and hardworking.
∎ Excellent skill to execute sales process as per company policy.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
