∎ Graduation in any dicipline.

Job Context:
∎ Position will be responsible to ensure Dhaka office operation for collection, recovery and cpv team monitoring.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the team members under his supervisory on the way to achieve assigned collection /recovery targets to contribute to organization's financial performance.
∎ Monitor team members daily visit report, call report and provide feedback and set new strategy as and when required as per company policy.
∎ Set different strategy in order to increase monthly recovery.
∎ Lease and continuous communication with preselected Banks/FIs for monthly account allocation, target setting, bill submission and other bill related issues.
∎ Daily basis take collection/ recovery feedback or remarks from team members and get ready with the summary reports and provide to say Banks/FIs as and when required.
∎ Ensure all administrative work like office maintenance, team members attendance, salary sheet preparation, salary handover an also act as a local human resource contact point.
∎ Any other work time to time assigned from management.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ensure investigative work to find out traceless or skip customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Candidate must be Honest and Disciplined.
∎ Freshers may apply but experienced candidates will get preferences.
