Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ HSC for experienced deserving candidates.

Job Context:
∎ Position will be responsible for overdue collection / bad debt recovery.
∎ Work place: Field & Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve assigned collection /recovery targets to contribute to organization's financial performance.
∎ Visit customers/Guarantors/mortgagors residential & permanent addresses. Business, factory address & Mortgaged property.
∎ Rigorously pursue defaulter borrowers through over phone and physical visit for recovery and settlement/negotiation.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ensure investigative work to find out traceless or skip customers.
∎ Pursue legal activity as and when required as per Bangladesh Government law.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Candidate must be Honest and Disciplined.
∎ Freshers may apply but experienced candidates will get preferences.
