Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University. MBA from any reputed University is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for blending & filling operations of lube oil, manufacturing of grease, transformer oil and VI improver. Ensuring quality of these products in association with Laboratory.
∎ Prepare standard operating procedure and implement the SOP in a timely manner
∎ Ensure all production activities are in strict compliance with MJLBL's set guideline
∎ Accountable for blending & filling operations such that the products are available as per demand by making an effective and efficient planning.
∎ Responsible for receiving base oil from vessel and flexi bags and maintain MJLBL's base oil and additive receiving procedure and SHE policy.
∎ Ensure preventive maintenance program is in place for the blending & filling line.
∎ Ensure in time manufacturing of products according to the weekly production plan.
∎ Safeguard finished products meet quality standards within a high volume/order drive production environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 08 years practical experience in relevant area in similar role.
∎ Proven working experience in similar role
∎ In-depth understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and SAP
∎ An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
∎ A team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities
∎ Ability to manage and lead a department
∎ Excellent communication skill with attention to detail
