∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Logistics Management, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to follow up with open LC/ purchase orders issued and accelerate until each purchase order is closed in consultation with workshop, station, commercial department and others related person.
∎ New Customer sourcing & procurement of product as per requirements and as per standard guideline of the Company.
∎ Sourcing of potential suppliers on regular basis, evaluating suppliers' qualification & proposals through comparative study and preparation of purchase orders.
∎ To coordinate with, Service team & Suppliers.
∎ To follow-up with suppliers on invoice disputes, Warranty Products or returned materials.
∎ Maintaining and controlling the documents and ensuring all documentations as per standard.
∎ To analysis and take corrective measure for the inventory items.
∎ Responsible to keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy.
∎ Preparing monthly report as per requirement.
∎ Manages the day-to-day operations of the procurement process.
∎ Manages the day-to-day deal with Freight Forwarder, C&F and respective Government authorities for logistics and Customs clearance activity

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Supply Chain Management, Sales & Marketing/ Procurement/ Distribution/ Business Development/Import Sales
∎ Good negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal skills.
∎ Candidate must have Export, Import, LC Handling, Supply Chain Management experienced
∎ Applicant must have long term Service Agreement mentality

Salary: Negotiable
