Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A renowned and reputed eco-manufacturing group that has been in business for decades with excellence in providing our customers with an outstanding list of quality products, manufactured using state-of-the-art technology. We are currently looking for an experienced individual for the position of Manager, HR and Admin, Factory Operations.

∎ The Manager-Admin, HR & Factory Operations is responsible for managing all human resources and administrative activities within the factory. This role involves ensuring a harmonious working environment, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting the factory’s operational goals by efficiently managing human resources and administrative tasks. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage day-to-day HR and Administrative operations.

∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ HR
∎  Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and manage workforce planning.
∎  Oversee the recruitment process for factory staff, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
∎  Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, and other administrative documents.
∎  Responsible for conflict management, grievance handling, disciplinary action & maintenance of harmonious interpersonal and inter-departmental relationships.
∎  To guarantee adherence to the SOP, Policies, and Office Orders or Instructions issued by the Company periodically.
∎  Ensure the performance appraisal process is aligned with company objectives.
∎  Ensure employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave policies, etc.
∎  Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries.
∎  Prepare and manage the HR and admin budget for the factory.
∎  Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
∎  Act as a liaison between factory staff and corporate HR to ensure consistent application of policies.
∎  Other day-to-day work.

∎ Admin
∎  Establish and maintain effective communication with government and non-government organizations to ensure smooth factory operations and timely task completion, proactively managing issues to avoid disruptions.
∎  Oversee factory facility maintenance, including security, housekeeping, and utilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment conducive to productivity.
∎  Ensure the factory’s physical environment is safe, clean, and conducive to productivity.
∎  Collaborate with senior management and department heads on HR and administrative matters to ensure alignment.
∎  Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for administrative needs, such as security, transport, and others.
∎  Will be accountable for maintaining the seamless operation of all divisions within the Administration Department.
∎  Ensure the licensing matters are addressed promptly, including the timely payment of utility bills (such as; water, electricity, gas, and telephone) associated with the factory, while maintaining effective communication with the relevant service providers.
∎  Oversee secure storage, wastage control, accurate distribution, and tracking of materials and spare parts, while maintaining firefighting equipment and conducting relevant personnel training.
∎  Will implement effective management practices and establish measures to uphold hygiene conditions, especially in the workplace, office, canteen, guest house, mosque, medical center, and throughout the factory premises, in order to achieve the objectives for which these facilities are operated.

∎ Working Conditions
∎  The role is based in a factory environment and may require occasional travel.
∎  The candidate should be comfortable working in a manufacturing setting and be prepared to address issues that arise in such an environment.
