Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide day to day administration and general services to all the departments relating to logistics, office administration, catering, office renovation, office maintenance, and utilities.
∎ Monitor daily housekeeping of the corporate house.
∎ Maintain all office vehicles/rented cars (Microbus/Cars/Covered Van) & update their documents.
∎ Responsible for corporate office beautification & gardening.
∎ Monitor & follow up proper management, maintenance of company assets & equipment.
∎ Apartment search for new Expats.
∎ Support different events arrangements.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Thorough understanding of management practices in all areas and phases of business operations.
∎ Good people network pool across the country.
∎ Excellent command over verbal and written English & Bengali communication & interpersonal skills.
