∎ Masters in Accounting/Finance, ICMCA or CA part with strong analytical and data gathering skills

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Accounting and Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have skills, ability, the power of judgment, and proficiency to:
∎ Establish, develop and implement proper accounting methods, policies and principles
∎ Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
∎ Prepare financial value proposition of a product or service to justify a business proposal to a lender or a customer
∎ Prepare projected balance sheets for a new business venture
∎ Make critical cost analysis
∎ Prepare cash flow statements
∎ Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
∎ Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
∎ Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
∎ Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation tasks
∎ Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
∎ Have enough knowledge about various Advanced Financial Statements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
∎ High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
∎ Heathy, strong, medically fit and capable to work for long hours under pressures.
Salary:
∎ Compensation per annum: Between BDT 5,20,000 to 5,85,000 (per annum inclusive of bonus )
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
