• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional qualifications such as CMA/CA partly qualified or Fully ACCA Qualified will be highly preferred.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Experience in garments factory will preferred

• Excellent leadership skills

• Understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis

• Working knowledge of MS Office

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Committed and reliable

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Filing VAT returns, managing TDS/VDS, handling audits, and maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies like the National Board of Revenue (NBR).

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance department out of which 3 years in Manager Position in reputed export based Large Garments Industry.

Skills & Expertise:

• Accounting, Accounting Data Entry, Accounting Software, Accounts and audit, Accounts and Finance

• Manage and supervise all accounting and financial activities of the factory.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.

• Monitor daily transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

• Ensure proper budgeting, financial planning, and cost control for factory operations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management review.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and tax requirements.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders when required.

• Monitor payroll, supplier payments, and other financial obligations.

• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance.

• Lead and supervise the accounts team to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy.
