Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive business management of the MD’s Office scope, including goal alignment processes and driving interventions.
∎ Act as a "bridge" between local leadership and stakeholders to align support from functions, and drive strategic priorities.
∎ Work with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing, quality, etc.)
∎ Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support the MD in decision-making and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with the MD on various cross-functional initiatives, encompassing OKR preparation and analysis of insights derived from discussions.
∎ Managing schedules for conferences and meetings and taking meeting notes, including the preparation of the MoM.
∎ Conduct research and analysis on key issues and provide documentation to the MD.
∎ Collaborate with the MD to identify key priorities, align them with department heads, and offer support through analysis.
∎ Take ownership of competitor-related information gathered from customers and the market.
∎ Work closely with other department heads, including but not limited to the overall customer experience, to stay informed about any relevant movements in the market.
