Job Context
We are hiring a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for our US-focused property management operations. This is a full-time, on-site night shift role based in Mohakhali, Dhaka. Selected candidates will receive structured training and work directly with US clients and vendor teams.
Job Responsibilities
Communicate with US clients via email and work-order platforms
Coordinate with field vendor teams across US markets
Assist in daily property management operations
Handle real-time issue resolution under supervision
Maintain reports, updates, and documentation
Follow operational SOPs and shift discipline

Educational Requirements
Minimum HSC / Bachelor running preferred

Training Stipend: BDT 10,000/month (Up to 2 months)
After Training Salary: BDT 20,000 – 30,000
