Job Context:
∎ We are looking to fill the position of 8 Management Trainees to join our team.
∎ To become a management trainee, you typically will have earned at least a Bachelor`s Degree. You don`t require any working experience, but do need to have a positive, learning mindset. This program is designed to equip future managers in Mohammadi Group with the skills and knowledge necessary to be effective in this position.
∎ The MG Management Trainee programme is composed of 4 modules over the course of a year, with 3 months in each module: Merchandising, Production, Commercial & Finance, Compliance, and HR & Administration.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the daily tasks that underpin the smooth functioning of the department.
∎ Assist senior team members in carrying out operational tasks.
∎ Contribute to a healthy environment in the office.
∎ Merchandising:
∎ Learn the basics of merchandising especially costing and maintaining T&A.
∎ Assist senior merchandisers to make relevant bookings, gain approval from buyers, prepare documents for commercial activities.
∎ Production:
∎ Understand daily functions of the following sections- sampling, IE, store, cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality, logistics.
∎ Develop adequate product & technical knowledge on how goods are manufactured and what machines and mechanisms are required to ensure smooth production.
∎ Develop a basic understanding of the product range, SAM, SMV and efficiency.
∎ Learn and understand how to maintain garment quality.
∎ Perform inspections on the sewing floor and on finished goods.
∎ Prepare and analyze quality reports.
∎ Commercial & Finance:
∎ Understand role of commercial department, namely bond, import and export, and the functions it performs.
∎ Learn the steps and documents required to ensure on time delivery.
∎ Learn UCPDC (Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits- ICC) andForeign Exchange Rules (Bangladesh Bank).
∎ Learn how to prepare basic financial statement.
∎ To learn and understand how to maintain accounting software (LCM & ERP).
∎ Prepare and analyse financial reports.Develop communication skills with banks, and government organization.
∎ Compliance, Hr & Admin:
∎ Learn about compliance requirements in the RMG sector.
∎ Assist in monitoring social and environmental compliance of production units.
∎ Manage communication and developing fruitful relationships with key stakeholders.
∎ Understand the challenges for wellbeing for workers in units.
