Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Engineering from reputed public/private university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in planning, organizing, coordinating and overseeing project functions including but not limited to project coordination or project management, project control, construction in order to meet commitment in terms of target/deadline, cost and standard conformity.
∎ Conduct the analytical study of project, site survey, master plan, design assessment, detailed work progress and provide presentation on project progress.
∎ Assist in creating and implementing best practices of project management strategy, policies, processes and procedures to meet business objectives and operational needs; which enables Gemcon Group to compete effectively in the market.
∎ Assist in forecasting, profitability and cost analysis, resource utilization and materials allocation for proposed projects and adopt risk mitigation measures.
∎ Support the delivery and storage of equipment and materials and overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management.
∎ Ensure a consistently high standard of work is delivered in accordance with specification and quality standards of the unit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent analytical ability, interpersonal and leadership skills, are required for the position.
∎ Teamwork, problem-solving, learning agility and strategic mindset is expected for the position.
∎ The incumbent has to be very proactive and dynamic in nature and possess go-getter attitude.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills are required.
∎ Microsoft Office especially MS PowerPoint skills is required.
