Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline (Academic qualification may be relaxed for well deserving candidates).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have technical knowledge on Caps & Hats Manufacturing.
∎ Communicate with buyers on day to day basis with sample production and approvals.
∎ Build relationship with new customers and maintain close contact with existing customers via speaking in ENGLISH.
∎ Fluency in English Speaking is our top priority, it doesn't really matter what Education background you are from. So apply for this job if you think you can have good conversation with English speaking foreigner. So your English Speaking and Understanding should be outstanding.
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of orders.
∎ Maintain all types of technical data according to the requirement of the customers while sample developing.
∎ Supervise and direct activities of sample department to meet daily sample production target.
∎ Preparing the right sample at the right time to meet the buyer expectation.
∎ Ensure on time sample development and keep records of samples and its counters.
∎ Any other works as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Respective Field is preferable.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated.
∎ Good command in computer literacy.
∎ Well conversant with Garment manufacturing process and quality aspects.
∎ Leader ship quality to motivating the work force to achieve the organizational objective, productivity, and discipline.
∎ Capable to handle high working load.
∎ Proactive and able to work independently
Salary: Negotiable
