∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning Directing and controlling the activities of the maintenance Department.
∎ To maintain incoming and outgoing files/document/demands/ requisition/ support to higher authority as required
∎ Managing the day-to-day operations of permanent Campus to ensure that it runs smoothly
∎ Maintenance of office equipment, property, assets, and other movable and immovable properties
∎ Supervising and inspection of all supplies, services and equipment purchased to ensure similarity with specification of Permanent Campus
∎ Managing a team of multidiscipline maintenance Technicians
∎ Ensuring that all electrical equipment is in safe working order in line with current regulations
∎ Coordinating with all departments for the services as per standard/ requirement/demand
∎ Beautification and decoration of campus during the time of occasion.
∎ Develop & Implement strategies by establishing department accountability to ensure set up action oriented administrative management system.
∎ Introduce, implement and monitor visitor and dispatch management system.
∎ Other Logistic Support: If required, helping the senior management team.

∎ Age at least 35 years
