Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Industrial Utility Equipment, Installation and Maintenance, Operation & Maintenance, Power distribution system
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Multinational Companies
Job Context:
∎ Transcom Beverages Limited, the franchisee of PepsiCo in Bangladesh is looking for dynamic and competent professional to fill the mentioned position for Dhaka Plant-Gazipur.
∎ The candidate must have in-depth technical and analytical skills with clear knowledge on overall maintenance program of the plant. Having expertise on best-in-class standards are maintained in utility & maintenance related operations with Multinational/FMCG/well established beverages or food manufacturing company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, & control activities needed for the successful & continuing implementation of overall Plant Maintenance program of all machines including Utility (Boilers, Chillers, Pumps & Compressors, HVAC etc).
∎ Organize and plan maintenance resources - involving people, spares & consumables and coordinating with production departments - for timely execution of annual maintenance and overhauling plans.
∎ Monitor and control utility consumption by plant & machinery and design/recommend effective way forward for overall energy conservation initiatives against benchmark figures.
∎ Develop preventive and condition-based maintenance program.
∎ Develop, maintain and update SOPs of Maintenance for all machines and equipment's.
∎ Improvement in process /equipment to make easier and economical.
∎ Implement TPM (Total Productivity Maintenance).Perform vendor selection and cost analysis for new equipment & machinery and other production related investments by in-depth technical evaluation.
∎ Monitor and control utility consumption by plant & machinery and design/recommend effective way forward for overall energy conservation initiatives against benchmark figures.
∎ Development plan for engineering and utilities management to ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term business strategies and objectives.
∎ Plan engineering works in aligning management and vendors ensuring advanced technology and design.
∎ Ensure timely and high quality implementation of planned projects within budget.
∎ Minimize breakdown and outage time by setting O&M, SOPs & KPI and audits/reviews.
∎ Periodic review for improvement of the equipment's.
∎ Review and assesses to provide technical solutions or improvements with a cost effective view.
∎ Making strategic plan in view of Sustainability and Energy Management System.
∎ Prepare annual maintenance schedule and complete the tasks within the timeline.
∎ Manage coach and develop the team of maintenance employees.
∎ Liaison with professional service providers (Engineers, Suppliers, Technical Experts, Consultants, OEM etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience of which 3-5 years as Managerial role in the relevant field or food & beverages-manufacturing industry.
∎ Must have excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
∎ Should be an excellent result oriented dynamic team leader with strong analytical skill and aptitude.
∎ Good command over Microsoft project, AutoCAD and relevant software.
∎ Strong leadership and influencing skills to lead maintenance team while collaboratively developing strategies and plans.
∎ Experience successfully leading in a complex, matrix environment.
