∎ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for problem solving and providing technical support to IL (Industrial Lubricants) and AL (Automotive Lubricants).
∎ Responsible for providing technical support to prime dealers and maintain good relationship with the strategic partners of distributors in major cities.
∎ Develop and implement strategies in line with sale support.
∎ Execute marketing programs effectively and coordinate with sales promotion activities.
∎ Coordinate with existing accounts and sales team to organize seminars, customer clinics & events for AL customers.
∎ Implement planned engineering services at nominated key accounts.
∎ Provide engineering services and support to customers and channel partners in product recommendation and applications, lubrication assessment/survey, product up gradation, introducing new product, conversion opportunities and troubleshooting.
∎ Drive new business acquisitions and conversions.
∎ Act as an engineering, services and technical sales resource for the field sales force
∎ Identify and address customer needs.
∎ Conduct sales training to technical employees and customers for increasing product and applications knowledge
∎ Promote deployment of the used oil condition monitoring program to customers and industry
∎ Generate engineering reports and documentation of findings/investigations carried out at customer sites
∎ Travel to the strategic and main accounts for technical support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-year (s) experience in relevant field is preferred
∎ Sound Knowledge on computer application
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Strategic thinking, team player, strong analytical skills and technically sound.
∎ Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics to apply in business requirements.
∎ Willingness to travel around the country and work in a professional manner.
