∎ Reporting To : Head of Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
∎ Should possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a pleasing personality.
∎ Must be well groomed and disciplined.
∎ Should be able to interact with high profile customers.
∎ Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times.
∎ Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner.
∎ Explain products or services and prices and answer questions from customers.
∎ Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards and lists purchased from other organizations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 26 years
∎ Prior experience in telesales, club, banks, call centers, hospitality, BPO would be preferred.
∎ Must possess strong oral fluency in English and Bengali.
∎ Must possess leadership qualities and good analytical & presentation abilities.
∎ Should be hard working, extensive time management skills, honest, sincere and must be able to adapt to various situations and scenarios.
∎ Age not exceeding 26 years.
