Position Description: BAIUST solicits applications for the post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) under the Office of the Controller of Examinations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Assist in delivering answer scripts to faculty members and receiving them upon return.

• Help maintain the photocopy machine properly and keep a daily record of photocopies in a register book.

• Assist in preserving blank answer scripts and record bundles in serial order.

• Help organize returned answer scripts on shelves by semester and department.

• Maintain the file index, logbook for incoming and outgoing mail, and handle document preservation and filing.

• Prepare all top sheets for answer scripts during examinations.

• Assist in serving students who come to the office in person.

• Communicate with the maintenance department as needed and assist with record-keeping.

• Sort and arrange question papers for examiners, IQAC, library copy, and office copy.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or authority.
