∎ Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management or related fields
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor inventory levels to ensure that incoming materials are used efficiently
∎ Coordinate with other team members such as production managers and warehouse supervisors to ensure that orders are being processed correctly
∎ Assist with implementing new technology or other changes that could improve efficiency in the warehouse
∎ Ensure all documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments is complete and accurate
∎ Maintain inventory records to ensuring that they are accurate
∎ Lead digital transformation in warehouse management
∎ Develop process improvements to ensure efficiency in lead time
∎ Forecast depot requirements and build demand generation modules on excel
∎ Uses analytic methods and tools to understand, predict, and/or control logistics operations and processes.
∎ Help foster trusting relationships with vendors and team members
∎ Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance
∎ Monitors warehouse facilities to evaluate inventory transactions such as receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory integrity.
∎ Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experience in industry procedures, costs, and terms
∎ Experience in research or data management may be advantageous.
∎ Strong analytical, and data modeling skills.
∎ The ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable reports.
∎ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-working skills.
∎ Familiarity with data modeling software and Excel software.
∎ Attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to develop actionable insights from data
