Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain a proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for recording;
∎ Tracks all logistics documents including contracts and agreements and keep them updated;
∎ Assists the Logistics Manager to create lessees and service contracts and all the paperwork related to it;
∎ Ensures Logistics and Procurement is in line with FH standard operating guidelines;
∎ Helps on organizing requests according to the priority level;
∎ Support and update on periodic inventory count (Asset, equipment and supplies);
∎ Assists in making an up-to-date JRRP asset inventory with all its aspects and details;
∎ Assists in organizing meetings, workshops and orientations held in CXB;
∎ Assists in organizing warehouse stock card, stock report and following up the weekly deliveries to the facilities by working closely with Warehouse Officer;
∎ Assists the Logistics Manager and Procurement Assistant in processing PR and PO;
∎ Assists the Procurement Assistant in processing supplier’s bill and payment request;
∎ Ensures the procurement tracker is up-to-date, and provide weekly update to line manager;
∎ Track, update and advise line manager about contracts and agreements before expiry dates;
∎ Assists the Logistics Manager to develop, implement and oversee the maintenance of inventory systems for office supplies;
∎ Assist to oversee the management of an office equipment check out system. This includes projector, sound system and other base related items;
∎ Oversee the maintenance of base office and all aspects therein including but not limited to cleaning, repairs, equipment, office layout and planning, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Excellent people skills including warmth and sensitivity, conversational, able to relate to and effectively communicate with people from different cultures;

∎ Able to self-manage a diverse and dynamic set of responsibilities, proactively solve problems and / or suggest viable solutions while advancing goals and objectives;
∎ Demonstrated computer operating skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Google platform, and virtual technologies such as Skype, etc.;
∎ Excellent organizational skills; ability to plan and coordinate work, ensure the efficient flow of projects and processes;
∎ Medical fitness to live and travel in rural and urban areas with extreme conditions and limited medical support;
∎ Ability to travel up to 25% of time per year to JRRP field sites.

Salary: Negotiable
