∎ Must be presentable with excellent communication skills.
∎ Proven experience as a social media presenter, host, or similar role.
∎ Familiarity with social media platforms, live streaming, and content creation.
∎ Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers.
∎ Must be able to convince customer with the smartest ways.
∎ Assist customers with product price and quality related issues.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a marketing team.
∎ Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
∎ Conceptualize, script, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms (e.g. YouTube, social media / Facebook, website, etc.) Present information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner in both live and recorded video.
∎ Excellent video production and sound skills with the ability to engage and educate viewers.
∎ Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
∎ Strong storytelling abilities with a knack for creating engaging narratives.
∎ Ability to adapt writing style to different tones and audiences.
∎ Experience with SEO and keyword research is a plus.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to take constructive criticism and work collaboratively.
∎ English medium students will be given preference.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Good Knowledge on both Bangla & English writing.
∎ Fluency on both English & Bangla Presentation.
∎ Expert on Bangla & English Typing.
