Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and catalog library resources including books, films, and publications.
∎ Keep records of circulation and materials.
∎ Oversee the check in and out process for books and other resource materials.
∎ Educate patrons on how to properly search for information using the library databases.
∎ Maintain library records and ensure it is updated.
∎ Perform regular audits of the information and inventory on file.
∎ Direct and train library staffs in duties such as receiving, shelving, researching, cataloging, and equipment use.
∎ Search standard reference materials, including on-line sources and the Internet, in order to answer patrons' reference questions.
∎ Respond to Patron's complaints, taking action as necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have job experience as a Librarian in any recognized Medical or Nursing College.
∎ Good command over computer knowledge is mandatory.
