∎ Minimum B.A. (Hons) and M.A. in English Language & Literature/ELT from a reputed university with a CGPA of at least 3.5 and above. No experience is required
∎ For Assistant Professor:
∎ Ph.D. in English Literature/ELT from a reputed university.
∎ For Associate Professor position:
∎ Ph.D. in English Literature/ELT from a reputed university. At least seven years of active teaching/research experience among which three years as an Assistant Professor.
∎ Publication: At least five publications in refereed journals among which three publications as an Assistant Professor.
∎ For Professor position:
∎ Ph.D. in English Literature/ELT from a reputed university. At least twelve years of active teaching/research experience among which five years as an Associate Professor.
∎ Publication: At least fifteen publications in refereed journals among which seven publications as an Associate Professor.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting classes following the university guidelines;
∎ Counseling students;
∎ Conducting extra-curricular activities;
∎ Arranging workshop, seminar, conference, symposium etc.;
∎ Contributing towards the development of the Department as well as of the University;
∎ Conducting research and publishing;
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned by the Department and the School;
