Educational Requirements:
∎ Ph.D / M.Phil with Master Degree (M.A.) with Bachelor (B.A. Honors: 4 years) in History for Assistant Professor.
∎ Master Degree (M.A.) with Bachelor (B.A. Honors: 4 years) in History for Lecturer (Provisional).
∎ Must have one CGPA not below 3.0 and one CGPA not below 3.5 out of 4.0 scale in both Honors and Master degree. Must have GPA 4.0 out of 5.0 in both SSC and HSC.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate having experience in teaching or in relevant area will be given preference.
∎ Proficiency in English and Bengali.
∎ Hands-on computer literacy.
∎ Good presentation and counseling skills.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of students.
∎ Initiatives for research and publications.
