∎ Education requirements: Minimum B.A. (Hons) and M.A. in English Language & Literature/ELT from a reputed university with a CGPA of at least 3.5
∎ Experience requirement: Teaching/research experience at the university level will be preferable.

∎ Conduct classes following the university guidelines;
∎ Counseling students;
∎ Facilitate extra-curricular activities;
∎ Organizing workshop, seminar, conference, symposium etc.;
∎ Contribute to the development of the Department and the University;
∎ Conduct research and publication;
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned by the university authority;
