Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management/ Business Administration/ Public Administration/ or any other relevant subject from any recognized university/ institution.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and provide effective leadership to the admin, protocol, IT and warehouse and ensure that human and financial resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to the key areas of work.
∎ Support, guide and supervise and provide necessary instructions & general circulation, or any message from senior management to mentioned support units to achieve administrative goals branch and cox’s offices.
∎ Ensure implementation of appropriate policy and guidelines in place for smooth warehouse in coordination with Finance & Accounts, HR, Procurement, Security, IT.
∎ Assist in providing response capacity to the administrative demands of HCMP in close coordination with the different support units.
∎ Ensure response & actions in time to address audit findings.
∎ Support to prepare budget with forecasts and projection for operations and maintain expenditure within its budget limits to ensure cost effectiveness and cost efficiency.
∎ Monitor and maintain effective tracking of performance of Warehouse and admin/IT/warehouse/protocol team so as to accomplish the goals and objectives accordingly.
∎ Safeguarding:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Minimum 10 year working of experience on logistics, warehouse and administration in NGO/ INGO or UN organization.
∎ Experience on managing large humanitarian response programme.
∎ Supervision, Donor Compliance, Developing Budgets, Safety Management, Developing Standards, Managing Processes, Surveillance Skills, Inventory Control, Equipment Maintenance, Event management, compliance etc.
∎ Proven management leadership skills, while taking a “hands on” implementation approach when needed, in a multi diverse organization
∎ People management
∎ Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
∎ Proposal writing, budget preparation
∎ Reporting and Analyzing skill
∎ Flexibility and ability to work on multiple projects and dimension
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate in a compelling mission and programmatic goals and achievements to diverse stakeholders
∎ Ability to use considerable judgment, initiative and independence
∎ Ability to work comfortably with diverse populations, with sensitivity irrespective to creed and culture.
