∎ To maintain effective communication with Italian/ German Officials
∎ To ensure day to day office activities.
∎ Conduct regular Audits for all processes & implement all new process rollouts or changes.
∎ To ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ To ensure local & international compliance, 100% implementation of SOP, standards.
∎ To ensure team building & Staff supervision & guidance.

Considering complexity of particular center, suitable candidates shall be onboarded as Language Expert (Italy/Germany).
