• Previous experience as a Lady Checker / Female Security Guard in FMCG or garments factory preferred.

• Must be honest, alert, and respectful toward all employees.

• Willing to work in rotational shifts (day/night if required).

Sajeeb Group, one of the leading FMCG manufacturers in Bangladesh, is looking for honest and responsible Lady Checkers (Security Guards) for its factory. The position is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and discipline of female workers and visitors by conducting proper checking at the entry and exit gates and maintaining compliance with company security policies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Check and frisk all female employees, visitors, and workers at the entry and exit gate as per security rules.

• Maintain proper records of bags, parcels, and personal belongings checked.

• Ensure no unauthorized materials are carried inside or outside the factory premises.

• Monitor attendance and entry/exit timing of female staff if required.

• Assist in maintaining discipline and safety in female areas (e.g., restrooms, canteen, dormitory).

• Immediately report any suspicious activity or violation to the Security In-charge / Admin Officer.

• Follow company security policies and cooperate with male guards and security supervisors.
