• Operates and maintains sophisticated instruments and equipment.

• Properly set up, calibrate, maintain, operate, and shut down such instruments.

• Collecting, Receiving, Labeling, and Shorting the sample (Blood, Urine, etc.).

• Designed and executed laboratory work and sample preparation according to standard procedure.

• Conducting experiments under defined conditions to verify or reject various types of samples using scientific laboratory methods.

• Organizing and storing all chemicals, liquids, and compressed gases according to safety instructions.

• Write down all of the data and results accurately and responsibly on the forms given, and then give them to the authorized consultant.

• Maintaining equipment and assisting in ordering laboratory supplies.

• Make sure that all safety rules are followed at all times and that the place stays clean and organized.

• Continuous researching laboratory-related information.

• Trains and orientates new medical technologists in the performance and interpretation of tests.

• To ensure that laboratory testing is accurate, timely, and meets customer needs.
