This is a full-time on-site role as a lab supervisor at Millennium Specialized Hospital. The LAB supervisor will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, manage laboratory staff, ensure quality control standards are met, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, utilize analytical skills to improve processes.

• Review and judge effectiveness of LAB operation, utilization of employees and supplies, and general ethical and professional atmosphere is maintained.

• Oversee work schedules for the lab technicians daily to ensure proper coverage,

• Oversee the leaves and vacations to ensure enduring lab coverage.

• Strictly controlled daily attendants of all laboratory staff.

• Direct location lab technicians to ensure proper guidance and training to lab technicians in their daily tasks and monitor their performance on a regular basis and minimize wastage of reagents.

• Validating the daily quality control, coordinate lab tests referral and checking their bills.

• Supervising requested lab tests making sure that all requested tests were performed on a timely manner.

• Validate all lab reports. Double check the lab results when they are ready, make sure of all systems’ competency to verify the accuracy of the tests.

• Establish new operation standards for cost containment, quality, safety and complete on-time delivery.

• Any others assigned task from the management.
